A quick search of census records for Chester Bushnell showed him living in Lorraine, Jefferson Co., New York (page 157) in the 1830 Census. Chester is listed in the Orland, Cook Co., Illinois (page 048) in the 1850 Census and in the 1860 Census he is shown in Cook Co., Illinois at "13 W. Chicago."
